LEASING

how it works.

Leasing art is similar to most other leasing programs.  You may select the pieces you wish to lease and the duration you wish to lease them.  Leasing fees art based on the length of the term and estimated value of the art pieces collectively that your are leasing.  Some clients lease based on a monthly budget and/or number of pieces needed.  Others make their choices by style of art they need and how it is matched with their decor.

how long are leases?

Lease agreements are 3 months, 6 months and 12 months (rates upon request).  Invoices are paid in advance and include a refundable security deposit. For lease of 6 months or longer, you are offered the option of a one-time exchange of art, depending on how many pieces you have leased. Ask for more details.  You may also extend leases at a negotiated rate, if all invoices are current.

can artwork be purchased.

Yes and no. Many of the pieces in our collection are rare or irreplaceable. However, some pieces may be available for purchase if so desired.  The lease fees would be put toward the final purchase price, which would include a 10% buyout fee.  This is done on an individual piece by piece basis.  We also offer art buying services on your behalf (ask for details).  

is there a security deposit?

Yes, we require a security deposit based on the total value of what you are leasing.  The deposit is refunded at the end of the lease.

can you help pick art?

yes, we can select art pieces to present to you based on your art style, budget and space needs.  Or, you may select the art from our inventory, or visit our studio in the Detroit, MI area.  We will do our best to make sure you are pleased with your decision.
